The Taste of the Springs Wine Tasting Dinner is a fund raiser for Care & Share Food Bank. The Taste of the Springs Wine Tasting Dinner will be one of the premier dining events of 2009 in Colorado Springs. Below is a description of last year's event to give you a feel for what we offer. This page will be updated as we develop the details, so check back occasionally.

Last year we presented this event with partners The Craftwood Inn , Jeff Tufford from Mountain Wine / Summit Distributing, and Cheers Liquor Mart This year our wine sponsor will be Foster's Wine Estates Americas.

The Craftwood Inn is one of the finest restaurants in the Colorado Springs area. Located in a beautiful, historic, English Country Tudor mansion in Manitou Springs, owner David Symonds along with Chef Jeff Knight serve Colorado Cuisine with many dishes featuring wild game. David and Jeff have designed a special menu for this dinner with each course chosen to complement the wine.

Tickets for the Taste of the Springs Wine Tasting Dinner were $85 per person of which $45 may be tax deductible. Tax deductibility depends upon your specific tax situation. Check with your tax preparer.
