Vegetarian Tajine
2 Glasses water 1 Onion, thin slices
2 Tsp. Olive oil fresh garlic
3 Tsp. paprika basil
1 Tsp. cumin 1 Tomato, sliced
 1 Tsp. Black pepper 1 Sprig cilantro
1 Tap. Hot cayenne (optional) Green olives
2 Vegetables of your choice, sliced Lemons

In sauce pan boil water, olive oil, and spices. Add vegetables, onion, garlic, and basil. Cover and cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato and large sprig cilantro. Cover and cook 5 minutes on low heat. Serve, garnished with green olives and lemons.
